We are new online bicycle shop based in Cambridge UK. We are aiming to give cyclists the best selection of products, the best value and the best service for the next three decades. we are looking for a suitable part time candidate to manage Ebay and Amazon shop, warehouse work will be involved.

The job will entail the following daily tasks:

– Pick orders, all bicycles in box are kept in warehouse, each box is approx 16kg.

– Book delivery and dispatch orders.

– Answering customer e-mails.

– Tracking orders.

– Follow up with customers to ensure orders received.

– Maintain customer satisfaction.

– Research competitor and new products

Salary: £7-10.00 /hour
